SMS Terms

The ChiaTurn messaging program is operated by QT Technology Service LLC. These terms cover optional customer appointment confirmations and post-checkout receipts and optional employee daily earnings summaries.

Messages you choose

When you agree to appointment confirmation texts, ChiaTurn may send a confirmation for your booking. When you select an SMS receipt after checkout, ChiaTurn may send your receipt reference, service summary, and total paid. Employees who separately opt in may request one estimated daily earnings summary after clock-out. These choices do not enroll anyone in marketing messages.

Message frequency depends on your activity: typically one confirmation per booking, one receipt per completed checkout when requested, or one employee earnings summary per completed workday when requested. A long message may be delivered in multiple SMS segments. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan.

Consent is optional

You can book, pay, receive services, work, and receive payroll without agreeing to SMS. Provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and tell your salon if that number changes. Appointment, receipt, and employee daily earnings preferences are managed separately. Employees opt in from their own authenticated daily earnings panel; managers cannot grant consent for them. Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Opting out applies to messages from that sending number, including appointment confirmations, receipts, and employee daily earnings summaries. It does not cancel an appointment, reverse a purchase, change employment, or affect payroll. To request texts again, contact your salon and follow the sender's re-enrollment instructions.

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
